About the role

Perform professional grooming and beauty services including facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, head massages, and other salon treatments.
Conduct guest consultations to understand individual grooming and skincare requirements.
Recommend suitable treatments, skincare products, and grooming packages based on guest needs.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and salon equipment.
Ensure all beauty tools and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained after each use.
Deliver personalized and professional service while ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
Promote and upsell salon services, spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
Maintain treatment records and guest preferences wherever applicable.
Monitor inventory of beauty products and salon supplies and report replenishment requirements.
Follow all company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with the Spa and Front Office teams for appointment scheduling and guest requests.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or Wellness Manager.
